She has extensive generalist background knowledge from researching, creating, and developing policies in addition to writing hundreds of job descriptions. Prior to that, she was employed by a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company for approximately 15 years, with a proven history in building a backbone of training programs and human resource support services. Experience, along with her master’s in business administration, has helped Tammy service her businesses needs as a consultant for over 15 years.
